Orders are processed within 3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery within Pakistan usually takes 4–7 business days after dispatch.

We deliver internationally through available international shipment services. Delivery time and charges depend on the destination country.

Courier delays are not the responsibility of Scarlet. Delays may happen due to courier operations, weather, holidays, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

If a parcel is lost, Scarlet will investigate the matter with the courier/shipment service first. If the parcel is officially confirmed lost, a replacement will be arranged.
