By placing an order on Scarlet, you agree to our store policies.

All orders require a non-refundable advance payment of Rs. 250. Orders are confirmed only after advance payment is received. If a customer cancels the order, the advance payment will not be refunded.

Scarlet reserves the right to cancel an order if advance payment is not received, the address is incorrect or incomplete, the customer does not cooperate, or the parcel is refused at delivery.
